The panels producing details are 42 (+/-2) density insulation chemical inject between galvanized metal sheets for lower surface and Plywood for upper surface, camlocks add just before injection and panels are pressing during to injection process. There are various thickness available. Optionally, CrNi coating can be applied on plywood.
