Cold Room Hinged Door
A cold room PVC hinged door is a type of door specifically designed for use in cold storage rooms or refrigerated environments. Our hinged doors are constructed using PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material, which offers excellent insulation properties and resistance to low temperatures. Door leaf insulation has a chemical density of 42-45 gr/cm3, is of the inset type, and has an exterior metal sheet thickness of 0.8 mm and an interior metal sheet thickness of 0.5 mm.
Our cold room hinged doors have PVC frames as standard. Optionally, CrNi coating can be applied on Aluminum and PVC.
The door wings frame is aluminum and the surface inner and outer sheet metal thickness is 0.5mm. The sheet has the color code Ral 9002. Optionally, the wing surface can be made of PVC and CrNi. Door leaf insulation chemical density is 42-45 gr/cm3. The standard door leaf thickness is 6.8 cm for cooling rooms and 9.2 cm for freezer rooms. Additionally, door sills and sight glass can be added optionally.
These doors may be different in each project. Therefore, doors are produced according to existing project concepts.
