The cold room panels are manufactured from 2.62 lb/ft³ (± 0.12) polyisocyanurate (PIR) material. They also meet the B2 non-flammability standard within the scope of TS EN 13501-1. The panels are connected together in a jigsaw shape and can be disassembled later. Wall and ceiling panels are produced in different thicknesses (3.15 inches, 3.94 inches, 4.72 inches, 5.91 inches, 7.09 inches, 7.87 inches) and can be produced as long as desired, according to your instructions. The inner and outer surfaces of the wall panels are covered with 0.50 mm thick galvanized steel sheet and colored with RAL 9002 authentic polyester color. Depending on the purpose of use, wall and ceiling panel sheets can be produced with Cr-Ni, PVC, Galvanized, and Polyester materials.
Cold room panels are smooth, hygienic, and easy to clean. Due to their hygienic properties, they are widely used in hospitals. They are also commonly used in grocery stores and drug stores. Cold room panels prevent heat loss with their personalized design and accessories.
