Generally, an air suspension system (monorail) is used when transporting red meat from outside to indoors. Although the isolation of the monorail system is at the maximum level, heavy transportation is quite easy.
For the operation of this monorail system, the covers of the sliding and hinged doors are PVC framed as standard. Optionally, CrNi coating can be applied on Aluminum and PVC.
The surface inner and outer sheet thickness of insulated monorail channel wings is 0.0197 inches. The sheet has the color code Ral 9002. . Optionally, the wing surface can be made of PVC and CrNi. Door leaf insulation chemical density is 2,624 – 2,811 lb/ft³. The standard door leaf thickness is 2.68 inches for cooling rooms and 3.62 inches for freezer rooms.
This system may be different in each project. Therefore, doors are produced according to existing project concepts.
